Exceptional opportunity in stable, professional services, global law firm. Well rounded diversified position that entails hardware, software, network troubleshooting and support. Will assist on site and remote users with connectivity, network and server issues which include Active Directory and Exchange; monitor remote servers and systems, run tests; configure and troubleshoot lap tops. Participate in all facets of rollouts and upgrades; plan, test, monitor, support and evaluate. Track issues, run reports and make recommendations on systems, products, processes and procedures. Position requires Bachelors Degree, 3 years of Help Desk Computer support experience, advanced MS Office skills and exceptional client service skills. Dual platform, but primarily Windows NT...some UNIX, Cisco shop. 2nd shift + car home, progressive firm, particularly "employee oriented, congenial" setting.
Location: NYC
Compensation: $85K + excpetional benefits + 401K + Pension + overtime over 35 hours
